During a sightseeing trip through the Connecticut River Valley, I found myself completely drawn to the parlor car of the Essex Steam Train. Every detail mattered—the polished wood, the vintage lighting, the gentle curves, the unmistakable sense of history carried in the walls.
After the last passengers stepped off, I was granted a few quiet minutes alone inside. No rush. No chatter. Just the space as it was meant to be experienced. I composed the frame carefully, letting the atmosphere settle, and captured the scene exactly as I had envisioned it.
