Out in the Wild: Where Art Finds Its Home
When I was flat on my back for months, recovering from surgery, I couldn’t escape my body — but I could escape into my photographs. Each image became a window. A way to leave the four walls I was stuck in and wander along the shoreline, breathe in the salt air, or watch the last sliver of sun sink into the horizon. My mind was healing long before my body caught up, and it was these photographs that carried me through.
My seascapes and Rhode Island landscapes are more than photographs. They’re reminders that serenity, reflection, and joy are always within reach, no matter what storm we’re standing in. And maybe—just maybe—if these images helped me heal, they can help you too.
Art That Finds Its Way Into Your World
Over the years, I’ve learned I’m not alone in that. People often spot my prints in hospitals, doctor’s offices, banks, restaurants, nursing homes, or galleries and say it stopped them in their tracks. Clients even send me snapshots of my work hanging in their homes—or take selfies with a print. And I’ll admit it—so do I. Every time I stumble across one of my photos out in the world, it’s like playing a game of Where’s Waldo. Only instead of Waldo, it’s a wave, a lighthouse, a quiet horizon—reminders of peace finding their way into unexpected places.

Where Art Comes Alive
That’s why I believe art doesn’t just hang on a wall—it lives on a wall. It opens windows in places that need them most: a quiet hospital hallway, a doctor’s office where nerves run high, a bank lobby where stress meets routine, a cozy restaurant corner, or a living room where life unfolds.

Every photograph I create—whether it’s a large metal print for a corporate lobby, a framed paper print for a restaurant, or a gallery wrap for a collector—is made to bring beauty, calm, and connection into its space. From banks to nursing homes, medical offices to homes, these images serve as portals to peace, hope, and inspiration.
These images were created to inspire peace, hope, and connection.
