The Story Behind “Torpedo Room “
Returning to Battleship Cove after decades, I stepped into the U.S.S. Lionfish’s torpedo room and was immediately transported back to 1945. The metallic walls, levers, and torpedo racks told stories of young sailors in tight quarters, carrying out missions under unimaginable pressure. I stood alone for several minutes, absorbing the history, and captured this scene as a tribute to those who served.
This one’s less about pretty light and more about what’s actually in the frame. Printed as fine art.

Limited Edition Information
An edition of 25, and then it’s closed.
You get a 12×18 inch image printed on 13×19 inch archival paper. I print it myself. Each print is signed, titled and numbered.
The story behind the photograph comes with it, printed on 9×11 fine art paper, along with a Certificate of Authenticity.
Artist’s proofs (AP) are also made. They are numbered and marked AP, and I use them at my discretion.
Open Edition Information
Open Edition prints are made by Blazing Editions, a fine art print studio I’ve worked with for over a decade. I’ve been through their shop and watched how they work. They print to order with archival pigment inks, on paper or metal, and I trust them with my images.
Paper or Metal?
Paper gives you the most detail and the traditional look. Metal is glossy, vivid and tough, and it hangs without a frame.
Both use archival materials and archival pigment inks.
These are fine art prints. Frames are not included.
