The Reflection of Fall Colors for Landscape Photography
I love photographing fall color reflections. Driving around Rhode Island in autumn, I end up exploring the small ponds and reservoirs around the state — those still bodies of water turn into mirrors for the reds, yellows, and oranges overhead.
Every year I make a point of swinging by Westconnaug Reservoir in Clayville, Rhode Island. What gets me about this spot is how the sunset light lands on the trees across the water. Whether it’s the water or the light or some combination, the place never disappoints. Hope you got out to see some fall color yourself this year.
