The story behind it

I like a hike on a rainy day. The light is soft, and the beautiful places are empty of people. This was the end of May, and on a sunny day the park would have been packed with nature lovers. That day I had it nearly to myself. I will admit I am a color junkie, but I knew this scene would be black and white before the camera ever came out of the bag.
