I got up early to catch the sun coming up behind Point Judith Lighthouse. This spot does something different every time depending on the clouds, and this particular morning gave me good color and calm water to work with.

The lighthouse has been standing watch here a long time, and there’s something about it holding its ground against that sky that I keep coming back to shoot.
