It’s the colors. That tropical feel. White sandy beaches, small islands sitting out on the horizon, palm trees leaning into the frame. That’s the vibe that pulled me toward Florida — and Venice is where I get to chase it.
My parents live here, which is a big part of why I’m making this move. But even without that, this stretch of coast has its own pull — a completely different kind of light than what I grew up shooting in Rhode Island.
Venice Fishing Pier
An evening on the pier, watching the sky go through every shade it had — warm light on the water, palm trees catching the last of the sun. This is the shot that started it for me here.

More from the pier — including a look at Sharky’s, the restaurant that anchors it — coming soon.
Venice Jetty
The jetty is next on the list — a handful of shots already exist, they just haven’t made it into the store yet. Coming soon.
Venice Beach
More beach work is coming as the collection grows — this page will fill in fast.
→ Just up the coast: Siesta Key, another Florida beach in the collection.
