The Winner of a Free Print Is…

The Contest

We kicked 2014 off in high gear with a contest at Mike Dooley Photography! It was pretty simple, I presented an article here on the blog that contained my 5 favorite photographs of 2013. I wrote up a short paragraph about each of the 5 photographs, and what made them one of my favorites for the year! You can read the full “Win a Print” article to see the images that I selected, and read why!

Over the course of the next several weeks visitors to the blog could vote for their favorite photograph. To determine the winner I simply put the name of each voter into a hat and picked one! That person would receive a mated and signed copy of the print that they voted for!

Let’s Meet the Lucky Winner

I am very excited to announce that the winner is Marlene Kupper! Here is what Marlene had to say when she cast her vote:

“# 3 is my favorite, it reminds me of the fall colors in NE Ohio, oh how I miss them.”

Marlene will be receiving a matted and signed copy of her favorite print, “Docked Boats Under Fall Colors”. This photograph was created in the fall of 2013 while I was out traveling the rural back roads of north western Rhode Island. I knew the photo would be a favorite of mine before I even clicked the shutter! The scene just screamed classic New England in my mind!

If you did not win, you can still get a print of your favorite image! I offer all of my photographs for sale in my online store at a very reasonable price. Each print is crafted at a local print house and then sent directly to you! My fine art prints make a great addition to any home or office, and bring your memories of Rhode Island closer then ever before!
